Attempts to teach these concepts are often bested by complexity, inconsistency, and a varied approach. Regardless of previous experience and expertise we are starting over and building from the ground up. We will master mechanical ventilation though a <\/span><i><span style=\"font-family: Calibri,Calibri; font-size: large;\">learner-centered model<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-size: large;\">. The repetition and layering of concepts will be key to acquiring each competency.
