2019 Cooper Critical Care Reading List <\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

Objective<\/b><\/span><\/span>: to provide targeted learning on high volume\/high acuity rotations (<\/span>GREEN<\/span><\/b>, <\/span>ORANGE<\/span><\/b>, <\/span>NIGHT<\/span><\/b>) by reviewing landmark articles in critical care medicine. The fellow will build a framework of reference and understanding by reviewing (1) article per week. This article will be used to grow and organize the fellow\u2019s understanding of the medical literature as well as improve his\/her ability to teach these concepts to various ICU learners <\/span>(nursing, APP students, APPs, medical students, residents). <\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

Outline<\/strong><\/span>:<\/p>\n

I. <\/span>Start of the Week<\/span><\/i><\/span>: The article will be provided from the <\/span>Approved Reading List <\/span><\/i>and reviewed by the fellow <\/span><\/p>\n

II. <\/span>Middle of the Week<\/span><\/i><\/span>: The article will be discussed with the service attending <\/span><\/p>\n

III. <\/span>End of the Week<\/span><\/i><\/span>: The fellow will be expected to provide a <\/span>brief <\/span><\/i>editorial of the article to highlight <\/span><\/p>\n
